Louis played in the Barclays Scottish Open at Loch Lomond and in the first two rounds shot 71 and 74 giving a three over par total of 145 and missing the halfway cut by just one shot.

Italy's Edoardo Molinari won the title on twelve under par.

Louis now moves across to St Andrews where he plays in the 139th Open Championship at the Old Course, St Andrews.
