After taking a break since the South African Open Championship where he finished tied 15th, Louis played in the Joburg Open at Royal Johannesburg and Kensington Golf Club.

Louis shot rounds of 70, 66, 70 and 68, ten under par in a tie for 10th position exactly where he finished in the same event last year.

Compatriot and good friend Charl Schwartzel won the event on twenty three under par, giving him his second victory in as many weeks.

Louis now travel to the United Emirates where he plays in the Abu Dhabi Golf Championship which begins on Thursday.
